IntroductionWe report the second case of miltefosine, terbinafine, and voriconazole-based regimen as salvage therapy in a Lomentospora prolificans bone and joint infection. A favorable outcome was observed when combined with aggressive surgery. A poor prior evolution was observed following three surgical procedures of debridement combined with terbinafine and voriconazole. This report of a safe and successful use of miltefosine highlights the need for an interdisciplinary expertise for appropriate surgical and medical treatment. %G English %L pasteur-02193093 %U https://pasteur.hal.science/pasteur-02193093 %~ PASTEUR %~ UNIV-PARIS5 %~ CNRS %~ APHP %~ USPC %~ CHU-UNIV-PARIS5 %~ UNIV-PARIS %~ UP-SANTE %~ TEST-HALCNRS %~ PASTEUR_UMR2000 %~ CNRMA %~ MYCO-MOL-CNRMA
